If you checked the source i gave, Greg Wilpert noted that it was in fact the Human Rights Watch report itself that documents the Supreme Court decisions that have gone against Chavez.

Looking very briefly at the report myself i found 3 examples. The ruling on the recall referendum (see footnote 13 chapter 2) On fired employees (footnote 51 same chapter) or the ruling on the generals accused of participation in the coup (chapter 3 footnote 111)

i suggest you look more thoroughly at the HRW report to find more instances. However it isn't all that surprising given HRWs summation here
"By 2004 it was common wisdom within Venezuela's legal community that the 20-member Supreme Court was evenly divided between opponents and allies of President Chávez."
i guess thats politics...

I think i hyperlinked to the report in the article, but here it is anyway

http://www.hrw.org/en/reports/2008/09/22/decade-under-ch-vezAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8811989853542411858.post-55156094326712156112009-02-12T00:31:00.000-08:002009-02-12T00:31:00.000-08:00please list the names of the supreme court justice...please list the names of the supreme court justices as of april 2002 and also list the names of the current supreme court justices.

also, please list at least a few decisions where the supreme court has gone against chavez (let's say, since 2002, but the more recent the better)

thanksAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8811989853542411858.post-87242344635356165172009-02-11T15:36:00.000-08:002009-02-11T15:36:00.000-08:00boring ... that is the problem with you PSFs: you ...boring ... that is the problem with you PSFs: you cannot come up with viable arguments and verifiable facts.

Red Pepper: you are irrelevant. Decision makers do not listen to your crap or the BS peddled by your peers.

You are either delusional or on the payroll.
